Standard Entry

There's no pre-registration currently for Kirakira Con, but standard entry is only $5! We will accept cash or card, and there are ATM's on site.

Get a table at the Artist's Alley

To get a table in our artist's alley is not a flat fee, but rather the fee is 20% of your revenue at the end of the day. If you wish to have two tables, adding the second is a flat $20. Included in this is up to three free passes, or five for those who add an extra table.

Get a Dealer's Table

If you are a dealer of merchandise, the fee is 10% of your revenue at the end of the day, which includes three tables and passes for all of your staff. If you have any questions as to whether you qualify as a dealer rather than an artist, please contact us so we can clarify which category you fall under.


Host a panel

You may host a panel at the convention for free admission! Let us know your contact information and the content of your panel (or just the ideas you have for it). Panel submissions will need to show at least 90% readiness by March 1st, 2019, or will face being cut from the program.



For those who wish to help or earn their pass instead of paying for one, we do accept volunteers! For volunteering to check badges during just 4 hours of the convention, your badge will be free. The hours do not need to be consecutive, but we would prefer 2 hour blocks of time. Let us know what times you're available or would prefer, and we will assemble the schedule closer to the event.
